Acceptance of Terms Credit Card Deposits-Standard deposits are billed to the customers credit card upon booking and are non refundable and non transferable once the reservation has been placed. Any and all ticket admission fees are non refundable upon booking. Upon booking we will need the following information: name, address, credit card number, expiration date of the credit card, cvc of the credit card (on back).
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Union Pay, MasterCard, and Visa. Certain trips may require additional fees for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver. All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
Limousine Service Milano has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Vehicle rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing Luxury Limousine Service hourly/km rate.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to hour. Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations will incur additional charges at the prevailing Luxury Limousine Service hourly/km rate.
Following waiting time are inluded in the price. Airports: 1hour after actual arrival time. Train stations: 30 mins after actual arrival time. Any other location (example: hotel, home, office, restaurant …) 15 mins after defined pick-up time. Flight and train delays: our customer service always check flight/train status. Late arrival waiting time is charged if delay is occoured after the driver is started to go to airport/train station. Additional charges at the prevailing Limousine Service Milano hourly rate. Fractions of an hour are rounded to hour.
Shall the Client cancel or postpone the services of Limousine Service Milano for any reason and/or breach the terms of this agreement in any way, the Client agrees that Limousine Service Milano will retain the total amount of any and all deposits and payments made toward this contract as non-refundable and non-transferable and as liquidated damages not as a penalty. In case of cancellations within seven (7) days or less of the contracted date of service, full payment is due and required and will be non-refundable and non-transferable. A no show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 15% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. Limousine Service Milano shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Luxury Limousine Service assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle. During the night will be a surcharge of 15% on the basis of the transfer fee. The night time slot is from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
