Airport limo transfer rates
Our Milan Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio transfers rates are per vehicle depending on the chosen model and destinations.
Your airport limo transfer rates will include
• All taxes, tolls and local charges.
• Meet and greet service at the airport carried out by your private driver.
• Up to 1 hour of waiting of the limo in position at the airport. Eventual extra hours for waiting at the airport will need to be paid directly to the driver.
Extras to add to your rates
• There are no mandatory extras to be added to the fare. Gratuity to the driver is entirely at your discretion.
• Night time supplement is 20% of the basic rate applies for any airport limo transfer scheduled after 8.00pm or before 7.00am.
Booking and Payment procedure
Please email us indicating the total number of passengers in your party, the arrival flight number and time at Milan Malpensa or Linate airport, estimated number of luggage pieces, your destination and preferred vehicle model.
You will receive the rates for your limousine airport transfer in our quotation email, which will include the credit card authorization form you will use to confirm the transfer services.
Once we process your credit card we will send you a confirmation email which will specify all the data relative to your Limousine airport transfer.
Please note that all our limo transfers to and from airport are subject to availability, we advice that transfer bookings should be made at least 48 hrs in advance. Naturally we will endeavor to satisfy also last minute requests.
How to meet your driver at the airport
You will be met outside of luggage claim and customs area of the airport by your driver who will be holding a sign with the name you indicated. Please let us know if you also need a limo transfer on your return from your accommodation back to Milan Malpensa airport.
